This is a commercial retail buying position inside a scaling, fast-moving leisure and retail brand with serious growth ambition.
We're looking for a retail buyer who understands:
Product performance
Margin management
Category growth
What actually makes customers buy
Not just someone who raises POs.

What We're Looking For
This role will suit someone who has:
3–5+ years in a retail buying or category-focused role
Experience working with fast-moving product lines
A strong understanding of commercial KPIs
Confidence analysing sales data and identifying winners/underperformers
Experience negotiating with suppliers (MOQs, pricing, freight)
If you've worked in:
Retail head office
FMCG buying
Toy / gift / seasonal categories
Multi-site retail operations
You'll likely feel at home here.
