Supply Chain Fusion UK Ltd, a well-established and privately-owned 3PL business founded 29 years ago in New Zealand has expanded their operation into Europe some years ago, with sites in Lijnden, Netherlands and the UK. We’re looking for an experienced all-round Administrator to work in our office in Leighton Buzzard, who will be involved in customer service as well as reporting, finance and billing. Experience, attitude, integrity, and the ability to think logically and methodically is essential for the person to take ownership while gaining more seniority within our company. As a global company our working language is English, so this position requires the right candidate to have a good proficiency in both written and verbal English. This role is predominantly providing exceptional customer service, including: Processing and tracking of orders Responded to customer queries Dealing with inbound and outbound stock and order questions Taking meetings with customers via Zoom and in-person, where appropriate within the Leighton Buzzard office Adapting to the different systems and processes in our UK and Netherlands businesses. Strong attention to detail, communication and organisational skills are essential Additionally, the successful candidate will have other responsibilities, including but not limited to: Assisting with data entry, payment reports, invoicing and bank reconciliations during busy periods Compiling weekly forecasts of customer requests Providing HMRC compliance information Supply Chain Fusion (UK) & Supply Chain Solutions (EU) (UK and Netherlands businesses) is genuinely a people-first company who will train the right person and provide career growth over the coming years.
