Employment Solicitor – Birmingham About the Role An established and highly regarded law firm based just outside Birmingham is looking to recruit an experienced Employment Solicitor (2 PQE) to support and work closely with the Employment Partner. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing employment law department with a strong and expanding client base. The successful candidate will work alongside the Partner who founded the department six years ago and has since developed a steady and diverse caseload. You will handle a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, including both claimant and respondent work, with the opportunity to gradually build and develop your own caseload. Key Responsibilities Managing a varied caseload of employment law matters Advising on both contentious and non-contentious issues Supporting the Employment Partner on complex cases Acting for both employers and employees (claimant experience essential) Contributing to the continued growth of the department About the Firm This well-established, close-knit firm is led by three partners and supported by a small, collaborative team of around 10 staff.
