Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced solicitor to join a thriving legal team focused on personal injury and credit hire litigation. The role involves managing a high‑quality caseload of personal injury OIC and litigated cases, as well as fast‑track and multi‑track credit hire cases.
Responsibilities
* Handle personal injury cases within the OIC, including negotiating offers, preparing Part 18s and Part 36 offers, and managing disclosure.
* Take personal injury cases to trial and conduct advocacy and telephone hearings.
* Run a high‑quality caseload of litigated fast‑track and multi‑track credit hire cases.
* Collaborate with third‑party representatives and the team to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
Qualifications
* Qualified solicitor with civil litigation experience.
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in personal injury and, preferably, credit hire or motor claims litigation.
* Strong knowledge of the OIC and court processes.
* Excellent negotiation and client‑care skills.
