Our client is seeking a Science Technician to join a high-performing secondary school in London. This is a full-time role starting in April 2026, supporting practical science teaching across KS3–KS5. Science Technician required on a full-time basis Well-resourced Science department Modern laboratories and equipment Collaborative and supportive team The successful Science Technician will support teachers with practical lessons, ensuring laboratories are safe, organised, and well maintained. Key Responsibilities • Preparing equipment and materials for experiments • Supporting COSHH and health and safety compliance • Maintaining laboratory equipment and resources • Managing stock levels and chemical storage • Supporting teaching staff during practical lessons • Ensuring laboratories remain clean and safe Experience and Qualifications • Previous Science Technician or laboratory experience desirable • Strong organisational and safety awareness • Reliable and detail-focused approach • Interest in supporting science education • Legal right to work in the UK School Information This London secondary school places strong emphasis on Science and benefits from excellent facilities.
