THIS IS A TERM TIME ONLY ROLE COVERING 46 WEEKS What You'll Be Doing Deliver engaging, hands-on sessions in Hair and Beauty Support learners in developing practical skills and industry knowledge Build positive and supportive relationships to inspire and motivate Work collaboratively within a supportive, learner-focused team Adapt to timetable changes and support in other curriculum areas when needed What We're Looking For A skilled professional or passionate tutor with experience in Hair and Beauty Previous experience working with SEN learners is desirable, but not essential Teaching experience or a willingness to train (support provided) Experience of both End-Point Assessment (EPA) and portfolio based assessments such as Skills Education Group (SEG) would be an advantage Flexibility, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to make a difference Career Development Opportunities We offer three levels of progression to match your experience: Level 1 - Entry role for passionate individuals with no formal teaching qualification. Receive guidance, mentoring, and training whilst working towards a recognised teaching qualification. Level 2 - For those with subject expertise and recognised teaching qualification (e.g. AET). Deliver engaging sessions whilst developing pedagogical practice through CPD. Level 3 - Fully qualified teachers with QTS who lead curriculum design and mentor other staff members.
