We are looking for a Caretaker to join our school opening in September 2025. About the role: As our School Caretaker, you will play a key role in ensuring the school site is safe, clean, and well-maintained. You will be responsible for the security, maintenance, and general upkeep of the premises, including minor repairs, groundskeeping, and supporting the day-to-day operational needs of the school. This will involve split shifts. You will need to have a full clean driving licence as attending to call outs outside of normal working hours will be a requirement of this role. What we are looking for: We are looking for a reliable, proactive and dedicated Caretaker to join Primary Academy. The ideal candidate will: A full clean driving licence. Have a warm, personable and professional manner with an excellent work ethic. Excellent practical skills. A good understanding of health and safety practices. A proactive attitude and ability to work independently. Experience of working with machinery and tools. Physical fitness.
