The opportunity:
We are looking for a creative and driven Junior New Product Developer - Maternity Cover to join our NPD team. The role will report to the Lead New Product Developer.
What are key duties of the role?
* Support concept generation with trend research and mood boards
* Assist in competitor analysis and sales presentation updates
* Contribute to project coordination across internal teams and suppliers
* Help maintain accurate records in product systems (e.g., BeCPG)
* Assist in sample management, licensor approval tasks, and packaging copy reviews
What we need you to bring to the team:
* Passion for great products, innovation, and creativity
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines
* Interest in consumer product trends and manufacturing processes
