The Role
We're hiring a commercially savvy, culturally switched-on
Account Director
to lead flagship accounts and unlock growth. You'll be the senior client partner — building trust, shaping strategy and orchestrating delivery across campaign, brand,
retail and in-store
.
A big slice of your impact will come from
retail toolkits
: turning hero campaigns and product stories into clear, scalable, store-ready assets that land across windows, POS, fixtures and VM — multi-market, multi-format, on time and on budget.
You don't need to
be
the target audience — but you do know how brands earn their place in culture and how to translate that into work that shifts product and perception.
What you'll do
* Own senior client relationships
— trusted advisor, strategic partner, delivery lead.
* Lead retail toolkit programmes end-to-end
— from brief and scoping to versioning, localisation, approvals, asset delivery and market roll-out.
* Shape strategic responses
— define problems, sharpen propositions, and map experience/retail roll-outs.
* Turn insight into direction
— briefs, decks and narratives that land with clients and retail partners.
* Partner with Strategy & Creative
to craft standout work with real-world impact (store and digital).
* Own commercials
— scopes, forecasting, profitability and clear reporting.
* Lead and coach the team
— set standards for delivery, commercial rigour and client service.
* Spot and land growth
— organic opportunities across existing brands and adjacent categories.
* Pitch and propose
— write responses, lead rooms, close confidently.
* Support governance
— reconciliation, tracking, status and RAID discipline.
You'll bring
* ~8+ years
agency or brand-side experience with strong
fashion/apparel or lifestyle retail
creds (beyond pure FMCG shopper).
* Proven leadership of
integrated campaigns
spanning brand comms and
in-store/retail activation
.
* Hands-on experience producing
retail toolkits
(windows, POS, VM, fixtures, guidelines) across multiple markets.
* Commercial instinct
— comfortable with KPIs, targets, scopes and forecasting.
* Senior-level communication
— sharp in the room and on the page.
* Creative acuity
— able to elevate ideas, give constructive feedback and bring teams with you.
