Finance Administrator Responsibilities:
* Support the end-to-end billing, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing.
* Assist with credit control, aged debt management, and improving cash flow.
* Help prepare financial reports, revenue forecasts, and KPI updates.
* Maintain accurate financial and administrative records, ensuring VAT and compliance standards are met.
* Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency across finance and operations.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience in a finance, billing, or administrative support role (professional services experience desirable).
* Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
* Excellent communication and organisation skills.
* A proactive approach and willingness to learn and develop within the role.
