Job Description:
In order to compete on the global market, companies must have access to tools that pinpoint opportunities for revenue growth, accurately forecast subscriptions, products, and services, and plan expenses with confidence. Accurate planning, budgeting, and analytics are critical; without them, companies fall behind.
To grow, companies need planning, budgeting, and analytical tools based on centralized plans connected to corporate financial data, providing a single source of truth, robust workflows, and real-time performance views. Planning and budgeting using spreadsheets are error-prone, less collaborative, and unsuitable for complex, dynamic planning and reporting.
NetSuite Planning, Budgeting, and Analytics facilitate company-wide and departmental planning with modeling capabilities, approval workflows, and reporting within a collaborative, scalable solution. Strategic plans driven by sales and operations can be linked to long-term and short-term financial plans. The solution uses a powerful calculation engine capable of handling diverse business logic with fast in-memory aggregation and instant analysis and reporting.
As an Overlay Account Executive, you will sell NetSuite Planning and Budgeting to both new and existing NetSuite customers.
This role involves a mix of direct new business acquisition and upselling.
You will present solutions through strategic selling, effective negotiation, and managing client relationships. Working as a NetSuite Overlay Account Executive, you will operate in a fast-paced, innovative environment, empowered to sell Oracle NetSuite Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (NSPB) as an overlay Product Specialist.
What you will do:
1. Manage the sales process for Oracle NSPB.
2. Qualify solution fit and contribute to account strategy.
3. Lead discovery discussions.
4. Negotiate and close NSPB sales transactions with the NetSuite customer base as needed.
5. Schedule, recruit attendees for, and present at prospecting events and webinars.
6. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities with your NetSuite Sales Partners.
7. Track activity, lead and opportunity progress, and sales forecast daily using NetSuite CRM.
8. Be accountable to prospects, customers, sales partners, and team members for your performance.
9. Build and maintain a strong pipeline to ensure consistent monthly ARR delivery.
10. Utilize outbound sales techniques to identify, qualify, and close new opportunities.
11. Define and execute win strategies, managing the entire sales process.
12. Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Competitive Intelligence, and the Bid Team.
13. Identify and build strong relationships with key stakeholders at C-Level.
For this position, finance knowledge or experience in EPM and/or Business Intelligence sales is required. Experience in product demonstrations is also necessary.
*** This position requires in-office presence 2 days per week in London or Reading. ***
