Job Description:
HR Advisor/People Advisor
Location: Open on GTUK location + hybrid/flexible working available
We support flexible and hybrid working arrangements and are committed to helping you balance your work and life.
This role is part of a People Advisory team that provides internal consultancy to enhance our people experience aligned with our strategy and values. You will support the annual lifecycle activities related to performance, talent, and reward, and coach managers on people management issues, including performance, absence, investigations, and disciplinary cases. Working alongside Senior People Advisers and People Advisory Managers, you will help deliver our people strategy and initiatives.

Minimum Criteria:
* Experience in a generalist HR role supporting large client groups
* Proven experience in employee relations, including absence management, investigations, and disciplinary processes
* Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and presentation
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Examples of supporting managers with impactful initiatives
Preferred Skills:
* Experience in large, complex organizations
* Experience working within service line structures and centers of excellence
* Delivery of Inclusion and Diversity initiatives
* Ownership of people processes like salary reviews, performance moderation, and talent management
