Job Title: Level 2 SEN Teaching Assistant, Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant, and HLTA
Location: Stretford
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type(s): Day to day, full time, long term, temp to perm opportunities
Salary: £90 - £110 per day
Responsibilities
* Supporting students with a range of special educational needs in the classroom and through personalised learning
* Assisting teachers in the preparation and delivery of lessons and learning activities
* Promoting independence, communication, and social skills
* Providing emotional and behavioural support
* Helping create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment
Qualifications and Attributes
* Level 2 TA, Level 3 TA, or HLTA level preferred, however experience working with children with SEN/SEND may be considered in lieu
* Caring and patient with a genuine passion for supporting young people with special needs
* Experience in a special school or with children with SEN in other settings
* Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
* Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training and development
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
