Job Summary:
As an Associate, you will be a key member of the JBM team as we go through an exciting phase in our growth, working to deliver 5* processes for our clients. You will be the driving force behind our research efforts across the business, working closely with the Founder and Principals to identify top talent for retained executive search mandates.
Key Responsibilities:
* Shaping and executing research strategies: Working with the search lead to design and execute on best-in-class approaches to identify top talent.
* Assessing candidates: Pitching to candidates and running initial assessments.
* Proactive mapping: Building talent pools of relevant talent within the ecosystem.
* Process management: Working in close partnership with Scaleup Founders / CXO level executives and VC Investors as a trusted partner and thought leader.
Qualifications:
* A minimum of 6 months experience in executive search, and a keen interest in Tech.
* A track-record of working on exec-level mandates for Tech Startup/Scale-up clients is nice to have.
