As part of EssilorLuxottica, we’re looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to step into a fast-paced, high-impact role within our Retail Marketing team in London. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of our mono-brand strategy across five markets and drive real commercial impact.
Responsibilities
* Own and deliver the marketing calendar across UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Belgium and Denmark
* Activate campaigns end-to-end across stores, CRM, digital and social
* Translate global brand direction into locally relevant, high-impact activations
* Bring our stores to life through experiential events, VIP moments and partnerships
* Collaborate with Regional and Store teams to ensure best-in‑class execution
* Manage agencies and suppliers from brief to delivery
* Drive traffic, engagement and commercial performance across our mono brands

You’re a confident, hands‑on marketer who thrives in a fast‑moving retail environment and knows how to connect brand to performance.
You are:
* Energetic, proactive and results‑driven
* Creative with a strong commercial mindset
* Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
* Adaptable, resilient and comfortable managing multiple priorities
* A natural collaborator who builds strong relationships across teams
You have:
* 5+ years’ experience in brand or retail marketing (fashion, beauty or luxury retail preferred)
* Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and traffic‑driving strategies
* Proven ability to brief agencies and manage projects end‑to‑end
* Confidence managing budgets and measuring performance
* Strong stakeholder management across cross‑functional teams
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
