Salary: £92.63 - £97.00 (Depending on experience and qualifications)

Required Skills and Experience
Prior experience in a support role in an educational setting (desirable, but not essential)
Understanding of diverse student needs and school environments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and the ability to form strong relationships with students and colleagues
Flexibility to adapt and thrive in diverse school settings
