Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with category managers to design and implement category operation strategies, including partner, product, and content strategies to drive business growth.
* Analyze partner segments and optimize short video and live streaming strategies tailored to different partner characteristics.
* Develop and refine product selection strategies based on user preferences and platform insights.
* Optimize business SOPs, conduct root cause analysis, and provide scalable solutions for category-level operational issues.
* Build best practices and playbooks to enable partners to implement effective, data-backed strategies.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
* Experience in Operational Strategy, Management Consulting, Growth Strategies, or Commercial Analysis.
* Strong data analysis skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
* Logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in consumer-focused environments such as Commerce, Retail, FMCG, Social Media, Technology, or Entertainment.
* Understanding of business models similar to TikTok and content-based platforms.
* Fluency in English, with additional European languages like German or French being a plus.
