Your responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of assigned omnichannel key accounts, acting as the primary commercial contact.
* Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to support long-term growth.
* Develop and execute retailer-specific account strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
* Deliver sales, profitability, and market share targets through effective commercial planning and execution.
* Lead commercial negotiations, including trading terms, product listings, and promotional agreements, in collaboration with senior management.
Your profile:
* Proven experience in sales, account management, or retail buying within consumer products, SDA, MDA or FMCG environments
* Experience managing major omnichannel retail accounts such as Currys, Argos, John Lewis Partnership, and/or Amazon preferred
* Demonstrated success in delivering commercial growth and managing customer relationships
* Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline preferred
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales/reporting systems
