We're looking for a proactive and experienced Repairs Supervisor to manage a skilled team of operatives delivering high-quality responsive repairs across social housing properties in Crawley.
Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the responsive repairs team
* Ensure all repair works are completed on time and to the highest standards
* Carry out site visits and oversee office-based planning and reporting
* Monitor team performance, compliance, and health & safety requirements
* Build strong relationships with residents, contractors, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively
Qualifications
* SSSTS certification (minimum requirement)
* Proven experience in social housing repairs
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
* Ability to work across both site and office environments
* Local to Crawley with a full UK driving licence
Desirable Skills
* Previous experience managing repairs within a social housing setting
* Familiarity with housing management systems and reporting tools
