Position Summary
We are looking for a Patient Pathway Coordinator to work in partnership with the NHS, delivering scheduled treatments to private and NHS patients. The role involves managing all appointment bookings from first outpatient visit through surgery and post‑operative reviews, liaising with referrers and external diagnostic providers, and ensuring patients receive high quality service quickly.
Key Responsibilities
* Schedule appointments for outpatient visits, surgeries, and post‑operative reviews across specialties such as Orthopaedics, Gynaecology, ENT, and Ophthalmology.
* Coordinate with referrers and external diagnostic providers for necessary investigations.
* Provide patient contact over the telephone and in reception areas, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment.
* Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administration tasks.
Required Skills & Experience
* Strong organisational and customer service skills.
* Experience in a clinical or administrative environment is an advantage.

Schedule
Full‑time permanent position. Working Monday to Friday, either 7:30 am–3:30 pm or 9:30 am–5:30 pm, with flexibility for sickness and annual leave.
