What will you be doing?
Reporting to the Broadcast & Systems Group Manager, the Business Development Manager will shape and execute the go-to-market strategy for Domos commercial broadcast solutions. This role is focused on identifying and developing strategic routes to market, including channel partners, system integrators, OEMs, and direct customer engagement.
You will be responsible for driving growth across key product linessuch as IP Mesh systems and prosumer wireless video links for drones and live eventsby managing the full commercial lifecycle from planning through to successful delivery, ensuring alignment with market demand, budgets, and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities will include.
Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for commercial solutions, including IP Mesh and prosumer video links.
Monitor market conditions and competitor activity to inform strategy.
Support stakeholders with technical input, training, and identification of new customers and adjacent markets.
Create marketing and technical content to promote IP Mesh solutions.
Represent the business at trade shows and industry events.
Coordinate North American and international sales interfaces; support cross-selling efforts.
Manage full project lifecycle including pricing, margins, sales performance, and product retirement.
Prepare and manage budgets, recommending adjustments as needed.
Track project progress and milestones, ensuring timely delivery.
Communicate project updates and outcomes to key stakeholders.
Lead Life Cycle Management reviews at key project stages.
Manage project changes, assess risks, and implement contingency plans.
About You
Ideally you will bring experience in Engineering, Project or Programme Management, Sales, or Business Developmentideally within a relevant technology sector. You're a confident communicator with strong technical, commercial, and financial acumen, and you understand how to adapt your style to suit different audiences and situations.
You have a track record of identifying and developing new market sectors and building client relationships from the ground up. Comfortable starting from a cold position, you know how to open doors, generate leads, and convert opportunities into long-term business.
Your background includes working with Wireless IP and Video systems, and you're comfortable navigating both strategic and hands-on responsibilities. A self-starter by nature, you thrive when working independently and can drive outcomes without close supervision.

This is an office-based role and requires the successful candidate to be eligible for UK Security Clearance. The position also involves frequent domestic travel, with occasional international travel as required.
