Job Description
The role of ServiceNow Business Analyst is critical in aligning IT capabilities with business goals. This position requires the collection, analysis, and documentation of business requirements to ensure that technological solutions effectively meet organizational needs. Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with stakeholders in gathering and documenting requirements for enhancements to the ServiceNow platform.
* Lead workshops and meetings to ensure a clear alignment between business requirements and IT solutions.
* Support the deployment of ServiceNow modules while ensuring compliance with best practices.
* Track project progress and provide stakeholders with updates on milestones and deliverables.
* Create training materials and facilitate user training to promote the smooth integration of new processes.
* Offer ongoing support and maintenance for the ServiceNow platform, addressing any issues that may arise.
Requirements
* Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, particularly with ServiceNow or comparable IT Service Management applications.
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal capabilities.
* Proficient in collaborating within a team-oriented environment.
* Familiarity with ITIL principles and methodologies.
* Relevant ServiceNow or Business Analysis certifications are advantageous.
