About the Role
As Nursery Manager, youll play a key role in leading, supporting, and inspiring a dedicated team to deliver outstanding care and education in line with the EYFS framework. Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading and developing a team of early years professionals
* Creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for children to learn and grow
* Building strong partnerships with parents, carers, and the local community
* Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements

Rated Good by Ofsted, our Peatmoor nursery cares for up to 100 children and is home to a long-standing, passionate team, many of whom have been with Busy Bees for over 15 years. Required Qualifications:
About you:
* We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Nursery Manager whose primary goal is to deliver the highest standards of childcare and early years education.
* You will be resourceful, commercially minded, have strong leadership ability and excellent communication skills.
* You will have strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail and be able to prioritise your workload effectively.
Qualifications and Experience:
* NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3.
* Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager.
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* A focus on delivering high-quality childcare and early education.
