In this role, you will play a key part in the day-to-day coordination of maintenance activities across the site, ensuring all tasks are managed efficiently from initial request through to completion.You will act as the central point of contact for all reactive and planned maintenance requests, taking ownership of task allocation, scheduling, and administration. This includes liaising with engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams, raising purchase orders, and ensuring all works are delivered in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and quality standards.Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll need to be highly organised, adaptable, and proactive, with the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy across multiple systems. This role is critical in supporting operational performance, compliance, and delivering a high level of customer service across the site.What you'll do:Coordinate and manage the full lifecycle of planned and reactive maintenance tasksPlan, schedule, and allocate work to engineers and subcontractors to ensure timely completionAct as the first point of contact for incoming maintenance requests, ensuring accurate information is captured and loggedInput, update, and maintain records within CAFM systems, ensuring all data is accurate and up to dateMonitor task progress, proactively chasing updates and escalating issues where SLAs may be at riskLiaise with Service Delivery Teams to manage quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and remedial worksRaise and manage purchase orders for materials and subcontractors in line with operational requirementsSupport procurement activities, including sourcing materials and ensuring compliance with internal processesCoordinate Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules, ensuring all tasks are correctly entered and completedMaintain accurate records of completed work, including supporting evidence for audits and Barrack Damage claimsSupport the management and coordination of specialist subcontractors and supply chain partnersAssist with invoice queries and provide timely and accurate information to finance teamsIdentify service delivery issues and contribute to continuous improvement and problem-solving initiativesProvide general administrative support including reporting, minute-taking, document control, and filingEnsure all activities are carried out in line with company policies, procedures, and quality standardsBuild and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholdersParticipate in team meetings, briefings, and performance reviewsSupport audit requirements and ensure compliance with Helpdesk and service delivery standardsMaintain a clean, safe, and organised working environmentWhat you bring:We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and thrives in a busy environment.
