Are you a People Business Partner who truly works alongside the business, rather than just offering support from afar?
Were working with a fast-growing technology company seeking someone who has built and developed HR capabilities in a scaling business, rather than just maintaining existing systems.
What makes this role different:
You will take charge of L&D and design programs that lead to real behavioural change, not just deliver training. If you cannot demonstrate examples of bringing ideas to life and seeing them through, this role is not for you.
This is a truly hands-on role. You will handle ER casework directly, coach managers through restructures, and help build capability. The work is evenly split between strategic and operational tasks.
This is about building, not just maintaining. Structure and processes are still being developed. Some managers may not have worked with a People Business Partner before, so your resilience and ability to influence will be crucial.
Youll fit if you have:
3-5+ years genuine business partnering in a scaling environment (200-500 employees)
Designed L&D programs with measurable organisational impact
Hands-on ER and performance management experience
Change management delivery in growth businesses
Energy for building, not just maintaining
The reality is that there are no support teams and no established processes in place. You will need to demonstrate to stakeholders what effective partnering looks like and show your value through the results you achieve.
