Job Title: Senior Negotiator/Lettings Lister Location: Westbourne, Bournemouth Salary: £30,000 basic, OTE £38,000 £3,000 car allowance Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:30am–5:30pm Alternate Saturdays, 9:00am–1:00pm (time off in lieu provided) Contract Type: Permanent Purpose of the Role: This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established estate agency known for delivering exceptional client service and local market expertise. As part of their continued growth in the lettings division, our client is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Lettings Negotiator/Lettings Lister to join their dynamic team. In this key role, you will be responsible for generating new lettings business, conducting property valuations, and building strong relationships with landlords. The role offers excellent career progression, with a clear path toward becoming a Lettings Manager. Duties and Responsibilities: * Proactively generate and secure new lettings instructions * Conduct rental valuations and offer expert guidance to landlords * Build and nurture long-term relationships with landlords and clients * Develop and execute effective marketing strategies for new listings * Ensure all property listings are presented to a high standard across all marketing platforms * Collaborate with the lettings and property management teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new properties * Stay informed on local market trends and monitor competitor activity * Consistently uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism Required Skills: * Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience as a Senior Lettings Negotiator * Strong background in property valuations and listings * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets * Good knowledge of the local property market * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills * Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team * Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management skills * Commercially focused with a proactive, results-driven mindset * Professional, confident, and approachable with a positive attitude * Full UK driving licence (essential) * ARLA qualification (or working towards), and experience with CRM/property software (e.g., Reapit, Alto) is desirable Benefits: * Career development opportunities, including support for professional qualifications such as ARLA or NAEA * Performance-based bonuses and incentives * 28 days holiday entitlement (including bank holidays) * Pension scheme * Dynamic and supportive working environment * Ongoing training and personal development opportunities For more information or to discuss this exciting opportunity further, please contact Kerrie Collett at (phone number removed), or submit your application today
