Revenue Manager Location: Lyndhurst, Hampshire Hours & Working Pattern: 40 hours per week Monday-Friday. Salary: Circa 45,000 DOE We are delighted to start the search for a new position of Revenue Manager within our Revenue Management team, reporting to the Revenue Director. This role is responsible for the daily optimisation of total revenue across the PIGs. This includes Rooms, Food & Beverage & Spa as well as ancillary services. This role blends analytical acuity, strategic pricing, and distribution management to ensure the business captures optimal demand at the right price, on the right channel, with the right mix. The Revenue Manager safeguards accuracy of systems and data, advice on pricing and promotional strategy, and plays a key part in commercial planning, forecasting, and operational alignment. Key Responsibilities: Daily Revenue Management - non exhaustive list Apply disciplined revenue management techniques to maximise total revenue across Rooms, F&B, Spa and other revenue streams. Execute pricing, inventory, availability, and restriction strategies. Analyse conversion booking patterns, rate performance, and channel contribution Manage room availability Oversee channel management Conduct daily checks including pick up by segment, rate fluctuations and anomalies. Daily pickup and 12-month forward pickup trends. Rate shop analysis including multi-night stay checks. Weekly reviews including pace vs same time last year. Promotion & discount rate performance. Future date ADR vs Prior year. Monthly reviews including 30-day key movement analysis. Full year segment performance and pickup. Forward key dates and demand generators. Rate strategy for following month and next year (rates live, rate mix correct). Support post-month analysis and Performance review of key dates and events. Digital & Distribution Ensure the website booking experience remains accurate, up-to-date, optimised, visually aligned and friction-free. Conduct regular rate parity checks across all channels. Monitor competitor pricing, promotional behaviour, new openings and local demand drivers. Systems, Data Integrity & Reporting Ensure accuracy of data across all systems (Opera, RMS, SevenRooms, Trybe, channel manager and internal tools). Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc commercial reporting. Lead ongoing reviews of systems and processes ensuring they support group-level requirements. Review and update daily/weekly/monthly forecasts with occupancy, ADR, mix, demand indicators and risk/opportunity commentary. Stakeholder Collaboration & Leadership Attend weekly forecast and trading meetings, providing insight into demand shifts and operational impacts. Support the day-to-day running of the Reservations Office, providing guidance to the Reservations Manager and team Experience, Skills & Qualification Requirements: Experienced user of Opera PMS and Duetto RMS. Previous experience of other systems such as Sevenrooms, Trybe, Siteminder, lighthouse, is advantageous. Advanced user of Excel and other analytical tools. Proven track record and experience of hotel or a cluster revenue management position within the UK market. A structured, process-driven professional with the ability to remain agile under pressure. Analytical mindset with the ability to read, formalise and ability to form a strategy based on big data sets. Growth mindset - curious, quick-learning, and comfortable challenging conventional approaches. Strong communicator, able to collaborate effectively across departments and stakeholders.
