UX Designer (titled internally as UX Engineer)
Salary:
Up to £60,000 + benefits
What You’ll Do
* Design intuitive, user-focused web application interfaces used in professional environments.
* Collaborate with engineers to deliver simple, consistent design solutions for complex data‑heavy workflows.
* Contribute to and evolve an internal design system and component library.
* Champion accessibility and inclusive design practices across multiple projects.
* Engage directly with internal stakeholders to translate user needs into functional, visually refined designs.
What We’re Looking For
* A strong, well‑structured portfolio showcasing interaction design, accessibility, and UI craft.
* Experience working in multi‑project or professional/regulated environments such as law, finance, or healthcare.
* Fluency in Figma (or similar tools) and confidence collaborating with developers.
* Solid grasp of UX principles, component‑based design, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
* Bonus: Hands‑on experience/understanding of HTML, CSS, or front‑end frameworks to communicate effectively with engineers.
