We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Health and Safety Coordinator to join our team, supporting our client TikTok at their London office. This role will play a key part in maintaining best-in-class EHS practices and fostering a safe and high-quality working environment in collaboration with one of the world's leading technology companies.
Responsibilities include:
* Participating in the Employee Safety Committee and helping to direct its activities to ensure good engagement from employees.
* Managing the local Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) program and supporting global stakeholders.
* Participating in weekly planning and prioritization meetings.
* Liaising with the team regarding injury investigations and maintaining OHS tools and systems.
* Establishing and meeting deadlines.
* Collaborating with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
* Identifying opportunities for program improvement.
* Providing regular status reports to management and stakeholders.
* Managing document archiving and record retention.
* Overseeing data entry for incident management systems.
* Collaborating with Facilities on incident investigations.
* Managing data transfer between databases.
* Conducting risk assessments for job tasks.
* Assisting work teams in hazard control implementation.
Qualifications:
* Graduate with 1-2 years of experience in project management or related field.
* Qualification in Occupational Health and Safety, EHS, or equivalent.
Additional skills:
* Strong collaboration skills across teams and organizations.
* Proficiency in data analysis for trends, professional communication, and adult learning.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn other Microsoft tools.
