Skin Clinic Receptionist & Sales Coordinator
We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Receptionist to join our skin clinic and beauty training business. This is a front-of-house role suited to someone who is sales-driven, organised, and passionate about skincare.
Key Responsibilities
* Booking and managing appointments using clinic systems
* Following up with patients
* Retailing skincare products
* Selling clinic membership packages
* Supporting sales and marketing activities
* Assisting with social media content (must be confident on camera)
* supporting with clinic and training courses calendars
* Working closely with the owner and team
Requirements
* Sales-driven with strong customer service skills
* Background or knowledge in beauty, skin, or aesthetics
* Confident, professional, and organised
* Experience using booking systems
* Strong time management skills
