Customer Service Coordinator
£30,000 - £32,000 + Overtime + Benefits

Are you an experienced Customer Service professional looking to join a busy transport and logistics operation where no two days are the same? Do you have previous traffic office experience and want to learn more about transport planning?
GRN Search Group are currently working with a well-established transport operator who are seeking to appoint a Customer Service Coordinator to join their Transport Office team.
Acting as the key link between customers, drivers and the transport planning team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring deliveries run smoothly while maintaining excellent service levels.
Working Hours
Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 6:00pm
1 weekend in 4 (remote) - Paid as overtime
The Role
* Acting as the primary point of contact for customer delivery queries
* Liaising with drivers and transport planners to provide updates
* Monitoring deliveries and communicating any delays or issues
* Managing POD requests and service updates
* Maintaining strong relationships with key customers
What We're Looking For
* Experience within logistics or transport operations
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
