The role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will sit at the front of the sales engine, building relationships with senior decision-makers and generating new business opportunities.
You will:
* Partner with Sales Executives to build strategic territory plans
* Identify and engage prospective clients, including C-level executives
* Generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
* Research companies, industries and stakeholders to personalise your approach
* Qualify inbound and outbound leads
* Support the progression of deals through the sales pipeline
* Develop confidence in high-level commercial conversations
The programme
* 15–18 month structured development programme
* Formal training combined with hands-on experience from day one
* Clear progression into a quota-bearing role in Account Management or Business Development
* Ongoing coaching, mentoring and performance support

Experience in sales, customer service, sport or leadership roles is beneficial but not essential.
