The Role As Digital Marketing Manager, you'll take ownership of the digital marketing strategy and planning roadmap, ensuring all marketing activity aligns with commercial growth objectives. Rather than focusing on hands-on channel management, your role will centre around strategic planning, performance oversight, and team leadership. You'll lead a team of four digital specialists, setting direction across acquisition, retention, and customer experience to ensure marketing investment delivers measurable commercial impact. This role is ideal for someone with strong B2C eCommerce experience who enjoys building strategy, driving planning cycles, and leading teams to deliver against ambitious growth targets.
