Role
As a Graduate Control & Instrumentation Engineer, you will support the delivery of technical excellence and innovation within our Energy team. Working under the guidance of experienced engineers, you will design, develop, and implement control system solutions that support sustainable and efficient engineering projects.
Responsibilities
* Design and develop control system architectures, including programmable controllers and Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs).
* Contribute to Control System Philosophy documents and functional specifications.
* Produce engineering calculations, cause and effect matrices, and safety documentation.
* Create detailed diagrams: instrument location, hook‑up, termination, loop, and cable routing.
* Develop instrument data sheets, I/O schedules, and alarm schedules.
Candidate Specification
* Minimum 12 months of relevant experience (excluding placements).
* Master’s degree (obtained no earlier than 2024) or expected to achieve a Master’s in one of the following disciplines:
o Electrical Engineering
o Instrumentation and Control Engineering
