What You’ll Do: Join a busy Corporate & Commercial team, where you’ll play a key role in providing high-quality secretarial and administrative support to fee earners. Responsibilities include: Preparing legal documents, correspondence and emails from dictation or draft Client onboarding and file opening Diary and calendar management, including scheduling meetings and appointments Handling client calls and correspondence with professionalism Formatting and editing legal documents, including cross-referencing Invoicing and liaising with the accounts team on billing matters Managing digital filing, archiving and case records What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Legal Secretary with: Previous legal secretarial experience (corporate law preferred, but not essential) Strong typing and digital dictation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with case management systems or CRM software (desirable) Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills A professional, client-focused approach and team spirit Why Join Us?
