We are now seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead our factory-based customer service, planning and production preparation activities. Our Harlow factory plays a key role in delivering high-quality, responsive manufacturing solutions to UK and Group customers.
This is a pivotal leadership role ensuring customer demand is translated accurately and efficiently into executable production plans.
You will lead the teams responsible for:
Customer service interface with Sales Companies and RDCs
ERP item setup and master data integrity (One Jeeves)
BOM and routing creation
Artwork and print preparation for production
Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and production scheduling
Your focus will be on data accuracy, planning discipline, and production readiness to ensure delivery Right First Time (RFT) in line with Quality, Cost and Delivery (QCD) objectives.
You will act as the operational bridge between Sales and Manufacturing, driving cross-functional alignment and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead customer service and order management processes
Own item creation, BOM/routing accuracy and ERP governance
Drive S&OP, Master Production Scheduling and capacity planning
Convert demand into achievable production plans
Develop and manage departmental KPIs
Champion lean practices and continuous improvement
