The school needs a practical individual capable of managing resources and equipment across different media, from kilns to catering appliances. This role is crucial for ensuring safe, inspiring, and efficient practical lessons.
Core Responsibilities & Scope
* Dual Specialist: Preparing materials, ingredients, and equipment for both Art and Food Technology practical lessons (KS3-KS5).
* H&S Champion: Ensuring strict compliance with H&S regulations in both the workshops/studios and the food technology kitchens.
* Equipment Guru: Routine checking and maintenance of specialist equipment, including ovens, kilns, and managing perishable and non-perishable stock.
