You will provide attentive table service, ensure a smooth flow of food and beverages, and create a welcoming environment to start our guests' day perfectly. Key Responsibilities: Breakfast Service & Guest Experience: Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu recommendations. Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure prompt service. Serve hot and cold breakfast items, including à la carte and buffet selections. Ensure tables are set and presented beautifully before service. Beverage & Special Requests: Offer coffee, tea, juices, and morning beverages with attention to detail. Handle special dietary requests and communicate effectively with the kitchen. Maintain a friendly, professional, and attentive service throughout breakfast hours. Operations & Hygiene: Keep breakfast areas clean, organized, and replenished. Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times. Assist with clearing tables and resetting for the next service. Requirements: ✔ Previous experience as a waiter in a hotel or restaurant (breakfast experience preferred). ✔ Strong customer service skills and professional etiquette. ✔ Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. ✔ Knowledge of breakfast menus, buffet setup, and coffee service. ✔ Proactive, team-oriented, and adaptable approach to service
