Our client is 13-year-old active male who has an ADHD diagnosis. Our client is articulate and high functioning. Our client has a love of the outdoors, no matter the weather so you will need to be able to keep up. Our client also enjoys activities such as vintage vehicles, cooking, baking and growing vegetables. Knowledge in these areas would be advantageous.
Our client is lovely and very easy to talk to but requires someone who is firm but fair and able to maintain boundaries as our client likes to be in control. You will need to be reliable and understand plans and arrangements need to be kept. Failing to do so can impact our client’s wellbeing and emotional regulation.
You must have a caring attitude, have a good sense of humour, be reliable with a positive and flexible approach to work as well as patience as out client can at times repeat things throughout the day.
This role requires an enhanced check through PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups). Driver is preferable. Our client has a good understanding of staying safe in cars.
