SEN/Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant : Kilburn September Start

The role:
* Full:time SEN Support / Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant position
* September start
* Providing support to pupils both inside and outside the classroom
* Building positive relationships and acting as a trusted adult for children
* Supporting pupils with social, emotional and additional learning needs
* Assisting with behaviour management strategies and emotional regulation
* Working closely with teachers, SEN staff and external professionals
* Helping create a calm, engaging and supportive learning environment
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience working with children in schools, youth work, care, mentoring or similar settings
* A patient, calm and nurturing approach
* Strong communication and relationship:building skills
* Confidence supporting children with a range of additional needs
* A resilient and proactive attitude
* A genuine passion for helping young people succeed
