You will play a crucial role in ensuring student wellbeing, responding to medical concerns, maintaining health records, and supporting wider administrative tasks as needed. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Provide first aid and day-to-day medical assistance to students and staff • Respond quickly and calmly to injuries, illnesses or medical emergencies • Maintain accurate medical records, care plans and incident logs • Liaise with parents, staff and external medical services when necessary • Carry out general administrative tasks to support the school office and pastoral team • Ensure the medical room and supplies are well organised and compliant • Contribute to a safe, caring and inclusive school environment ⸻ Essential Requirements • Valid First Aid qualification (essential) • Experience in a school, medical or administrative role (essential) • Strong organisational and communication skills • Confidence in managing medical situations and remaining calm under pressure • Commitment to safeguarding and confidentiality • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one You must have an in-date First Aid Certificate ⸻ How to Apply If you are a compassionate, organised and proactive individual with the ability to support both medical and administrative needs, apply today.
