Fixed Term 1 Year Acute Medicine Post (8 PAs / 32 HPW)
Acute Medicine at Raigmore Hospital is a growing specialty within NHS Highland. The post involves working in a modern acute medical ward, providing same‑day emergency care, undertaking general medical on‑call, and completing a one‑week in‑six Monday‑Thursday rotation to Caithness General Hospital.
Applicants must be on the Specialist Register with a Licence to Practice and in possession of, or within 6 months of obtaining CCT in Acute Internal Medicine or General Internal Medicine or a CESR via the Combine Programme at the time of interview.
Roles beyond the core plan will be considered for those with sub‑specialty qualifications, teaching or research interests, including the Scottish Government Global Citizenship Initiative.
