The Role We're seeking a skilled HV Electrical Shift Leader to take charge of high:voltage operations and ensure uninterrupted performance of critical electrical systems. Leading a team on a continental shift pattern, you'll be responsible for maintenance, fault response, and HV switching in a high:security environment.

Key Responsibilities
: Lead, supervise, and support your shift team in delivering safe and effective electrical maintenance.
: Perform HV switching operations in accordance with site:specific safety protocols.
: Maintain and repair essential systems including generators, UPS, and HV/LV switchgear.
: Manage critical events and provide timely, accurate client reporting.
: Uphold the highest standards of compliance with health and safety regulations.
: Drive improvements in service delivery and energy efficiency.
What We're Looking For
: HV Authorised Person (AP) status (AP15) : highly desirable.
: City and Guilds/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation or Maintenance.
: Proven experience in critical environments (e.g. data centres, finance, healthcare).
: Strong leadership and decision:making skills, especially under pressure.
: Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
