Sole Legal Counsel (4–8 PQE) | Media & Technology Business | London
Were working with a growing media technology company seeking a Sole Legal Counsel to lead all legal matters across the business. Reporting directly to senior leadership, youll be the go-to legal adviser, providing pragmatic support on a broad range of commercial and operational issues.
Key requirements:
* 4–8 PQE qualified solicitor (England & Wales)
* Broad commercial legal background gained in-house
* Strong experience drafting and negotiating customer, supplier and technology agreements
* Happy undertaking contract management tasks
* Comfortable advising autonomously across legal, compliance and risk matters
* Commercial, pragmatic approach with excellent stakeholder management skills
