You'll be instrumental in ensuring the efficient delivery of our technology services, managing day-to-day support and escalations, and championing exceptional customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position, office-based (3 days per week) at our Nexus office in Leeds, with occasional evening or weekend work required for urgent issues. Your Role: Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a small team of helpdesk technicians. Service Delivery: Oversee the timely resolution of issues and adherence to SLAs. Customer Support: Act as the primary escalation point for customer issues. Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to enhance service delivery. Reporting: Generate regular reports on performance, satisfaction, and key metrics. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with other departments to align technology services with business needs. What You'll Need: Essential Substantial experience in IT/Technology service delivery. Strong leadership and team management skills. ITIL Foundation Certification. Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals. Proficiency in IT service management tools and software. Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights.
