About the role:
This role can be based at either of our offices in Stoke-on-Trent or Stafford.
As a Volunteer Manager, you will:
* Recruit and retain community and workplace volunteers for victim services across Staffordshire & Stoke-on-Trent
* Complete induction and accreditation processes with volunteers
* Ensure volunteers deliver effective support to victims and witnesses of crime and major incidents, in liaison with Team Leaders
* Audit volunteer activity against quality standards and address any issues
* Recognize and reward volunteer contributions
* Prepare reports for funders on volunteering impact, including case studies and digital promotion
You will need:
* Proven management, coaching, and mentoring skills
* Experience working within voluntary settings
* Effective communication skills (written, verbal, numerical)
