Role: Customer Care Assistant
As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the face of your restaurant, interacting with customers and ensuring smooth operations in the customer areas. Your responsibilities include making children feel welcome, handing out balloons, organizing special events, attending to customers' specific needs, maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It is important to establish and maintain positive communication with customers and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
You will be working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. We are looking for someone with a genuine smile, the ability to connect with customers, and make them feel valued.
