We’re working with a highly respected and growing property consultancy seeking a Commercial Valuation Surveyor to join their team in Norfolk.

The Role
As a Commercial Valuation Surveyor, you will:
Deliver professional commercial property valuations for a range of purposes, including lending, financial reporting, taxation, pension funds, investment and asset managementWork across a varied portfolio, including retail, office and industrial assetsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders and key stakeholdersSupport and mentor junior team members in their professional developmentContribute to business growth by identifying and developing new opportunitiesWork alongside senior colleagues on complex and high-value instructionsCommercial Valuation Surveyor Requirements
MRICS qualified with a minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experienceStrong analytical skills with excellent report writing abilitySolid understanding of the commercial property market, ideally within Norfolk / East of EnglandConfident communicator with a strong client service focusProven experience across a range of valuation instructionsHighly organised with strong time management and prioritisation skillsFull UK driving licenceDesirable Skills & Experience
