She’s looking for female support workers who will:

Eleanor enjoys visiting MacIntyre Learning Centre Ampthill, seeing friends, going to the park and relaxing with her favourite TV shows. A manual driving licence is essential to help her access the things she enjoys.

About you
Experience isn’t necessary. If you share our values, are warm, friendly and willing to learn, you’re likely to be a great fit. We’re looking for people who celebrate differences, and we strive to make all our staff feel included, valued and respected.
You must be a driver with a manual licence, as you will be driving service vehicles.
You must be comfortable supporting with medication, personal hygiene, and toileting.

Training and Development
At Macintyre we fully support your training and development. We know it can be daunting to start a new job, and not everyone learns the same way, so throughout your probation we will provide you with a mixture of eLearning, face-to-face training and mentoring support whilst on the job.
