National Living Wage (from £26,000 Plus OTE but bonus is uncapped so more available depending on performance)
Job description:
In this role, you'll be using one of our Timpson DC Vans to pick up and deliver Dry Cleaning Items from across our area, visiting many of our branches to pick up, then deliver cleaned items. After some training, you will be working alone when on the van, but as part of the team based in Stonehouse. You will be trained to scan items in and out of the branches, then process back at base. You will be part of an amazing team, with a huge team spirit, in a family run company.
Lack of experience is not an issue for us, as every single colleague is given in-depth training from their very first day. You'll be walked through exactly how things are done, as we offer a fun, valuable learning experience that quickly teaches you the new skills you'll need to succeed. Who we are looking for:
For this role you will need a FULL, CLEAN DRIVING LICENCE HELD FOR AT LEAST ONE YEAR. You will need to be at least 21 years old. You will need to be able to present your driving license at the interview stage.

Some details of the role:
* To collect & deliver garments from various locations across the area as determined by the transport co-ordinator
* To ensure collection & delivery timescales are met
* To be flexible with working hours / days to meet the needs of the business
* To ensure the vehicle is maintained in line with the servicing schedule
* To report any problems with the vehicle to the transport co-ordinator at the earliest opportunity
* To keep the vehicle clean inside & out to company standards
* To represent the business in an ambassadorial manner in terms of driving and parking courtesy, how items are carried in van and in and out of branches and hubs etc
* To give excellent service to our hubs, branches, and our customers
